IPtrackeronline is a web-based IP address tracking and geolocation tool that provides location mapping, ISP identification, and basic technical information for any queried IP address. It displays results on an interactive map, giving investigators a visual geographic representation of the IP's approximate location.
For OSINT investigators, IPtrackeronline offers a map-centric interface that makes the geographic context of IP addresses immediately visual and intuitive. When communicating IP geolocation findings to non-technical stakeholders — clients, legal teams, or law enforcement — the visual map display is often more accessible and impactful than raw coordinate data.
The tool provides city-level geolocation estimates, ISP identification, ASN number, connection type (residential, business, data center, mobile), and host name resolution. These attributes together establish the basic profile of any IP encountered in an investigation.
Connection type identification is particularly useful for fraud investigations.
